Seeing In A New Light 4-week special focus in Thriving ~ Together
Restorative Practices Grounded in Neuroscience
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye. St Exupery, The Little Prince
Meditation for these times in our lives and our communities
TUESDAYS: 6:30-7:30 PM Arizona
World cultures give special emphasis to the phenomenon of Light as we approach the Winter Solstice (longest night) in the Northern Hemisphere. In these last 4 weeks of Thriving Together in 2025, we explore practices that help us see others, ourselves and challenging situations in a fresh new light. This eases tension and deepens equanimity with our own, other people’s and Life’s unique ways and quirks. Together we develop insights to support individual and community well-being. Guided practice and silent meditation. Somatic practices and Heart Rhythm Meditation to facilitate nervous system balance. Optional Q&A and group dialogue at end.
