Teacher: Bonnie Colby, PhD meditation teacher, mentor & university professor
Bonnie is grateful for 45 years of meditation, immersed in restorative practices of world cultures —learned in decades of work addressing multi-cultural conflict & building collaboration. Dr. Colby is a trauma-informed meditation teacher & Mental Health First Aid Instructor, with a background in restorative movement. She values trainings with *IamHeart.org*, Unyte.com, Continuum, Capacitar International & Unified Mindfulness.
Bonnie has taught meditation classes & workshops since 1998 and lives in Tucson with her husband Ted. She teaches from her own deep life experience in health crises, livelihood & career choices, fostering creative expression, grief & loss, and cross-cultural conflict & collaboration. Bonnie longs for us each to taste how meditative practices can vibrantly infuse our lives.
