Anxiety comes in many flavors. For some folks it is a general sense of foreboding about life and the unknown. Others experience agitation or irritation at non-optimal circumstance in their own lives or the world at large. Still others are continually lashed by the tyranny of the "to-do" list or self-judging. There may not even seem to be a reason for the anxiety. Then you can be anxious about being anxious for no reason.

Let's spend the weekend together, exploring some guided meditation techniques designed to help manage anxiety so that it causes less suffering and presents less of an obstacle to happiness and fulfillment in life. Most of our practice will be in stillness, but we will have some mindful movement practice and Q&A sessions as well.
