Teacher: Bonnie Colby, PhD meditation teacher & university professor
Bonnie is grateful for decades immersed in restorative practices of world cultures — through her work in the neuro-behavior of conflict & collaboration. Dr. Colby has taught meditation since 1998. She teaches from her lived experience in health crises, grief & loss, fostering creative expression. Bonnie longs for us each to taste how meditative practices can vibrantly infuse our lives. She is a cancer survivor, experienced in applying practices to pain, healing and restoring optimism. Dr. Colby is an author & trauma-informed meditation teacher, with a background in restorative movement. Bonnie values trainings with Unified Mindfulness, IamHeart, Unyte, Continuum Montage & Capacitar International.
She lives in Tucson with her husband Ted.
