Right at Home "AGING WELL Educational Support Group"

Right at Home "AGING WELL Education Support Group" meeting is Thursday, August 14th at 10:30 AM at Mountain View Retirement Village (7900 N. La Canada Dr. Tucson, AZ 85704).

This month's speaker is: Emily Hayes, PT, DPT, NCS. Board Certified Neurological Physical Therapist and Director of Therapy Operations at NW Encompass Health who will be covering the following topics:

• Parkinson's Tune Up Options
• Physical therapy tips for managing Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Stroke recovery and brain injuries.

This monthly group, which began as a Parkinson's support group, has expanded to include all neurological conditions due to their similarities. Our goal is to support those living with these conditions, their loved ones, and caregivers through education, shared experiences and helpful resources. This group is moderated by Karen Kochhar of Right at Home and generously hosted by Mountain View Retirement Village
Meetings are held every 2nd Thursday from 10:30–11:30 AM, featuring expert speakers and time for discussion and connection.
