1) live in Tucson or reasonable vicinity (Phx, Green Valley etc)
2) have a profile photo that looks like you
3) be a snowbird with residence in AZ
4) be able to respond to a request for additional info about your interest within 3 days.
5) agree to "3 no show = removal" rule
