For our April event, we've invited TurboTenant user and the host of the Real Estate Rookie podcast on BiggerPockets, Ashley Kehr! Ashley purchased her first rental in 2014 and has since grown her buy and hold portfolio to over 30 units. She's the author of The Real Estate Rookie: 90 Days to Your First Investment and has been educating other investors on how to grow their portfolios over the past 5 years.
