First Official Meetup: Full Tilt Tavern!

Hi everyone!
For our first official meetup, we'll be heading to Full Tilt Tavern in Richfield! 🎉
Full Tilt has plenty of fun activities for everyone to enjoy, including:
- 🕹️ Arcade games
- 🎯 Darts
- 🎱 Pool
- 🎲 Board games provided by the tavern
- 🎮 Pinball machines
### Food, Games & Getting to Know Each Other!
We'll kick things off at 5:00 PM with some food, casual conversation, and a chance for everyone to get to know each other before jumping into the games. So come hungry!
Full Tilt has at least three different arcade gaming areas, along with plenty of other activities to explore. It may be a little busier and livelier during the evening, but we'll have lots of options to enjoy together!

Location: Full Tilt Tavern – Richfield, MN
Meetup Start Time: 5:00 PM
Organizers: Tyler & Derek
Derek and I plan to arrive around 4:30 PM to help get our table arrangements sorted out before everyone arrives.
### A Quick Note About Costs
Food, beverages, and any paid games or activities will be at each attendee's own expense. There is no additional fee from the Arcaders to attend the meetup.
You're welcome to participate in whichever activities interest you, and there's no pressure to spend more than you're comfortable with!
### RSVPs, Cancellations & Waitlist
To help make our first meetup enjoyable and manageable for everyone, we'll be limiting attendance to 12 people.
If all 12 spots are filled, a waitlist will be available for anyone who would still like to join us! This will make it easier to coordinate seating and ensure everyone has a chance to get to know each other.
We'd love to welcome even more members, but larger gatherings can be challenging to arrange at a place like Full Tilt Tavern.
For future events focused primarily on gaming, we'll have more flexibility to accommodate larger groups!
If you've RSVP'd but can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible, preferably before the day of the event. We completely understand that plans can change, even at the last minute!
If you need to cancel, please also make sure to update your RSVP on Meetup by selecting "Not Going" or changing your attendance status to "No."
This is especially important if we have a waitlist, as it allows another member who wants to attend to take your available spot.
We appreciate everyone's help in keeping our RSVP list accurate and giving other members an opportunity to join the fun!
