Qigong

Share love of Qigong with eachother. (Notice: this is NOT Tai Chi...) Practice is led by Deborah Heltzer...I began my Qigong journey with Spring Forest Qigong ...but have been learning recently with Master Wu of Stockholm on Zoom. All levels of experience are welcome. Free. (although I will accept money if offered.) This is an outdoor experience and may be cancelled for extremely hot or cold or rainy weather. Dress for the weather. Bring water. If desired, we can end with the Small Universe Meditation. Also if desired -- I can do some small individual healings during the meditation.
