Intro to Custom WordPress Theming (Presentation)

This month, Pete Sahlberg of Swim Creative will give a presentation about custom WordPress themes. His talk will cover:

• Picking a starter theme / reviewing file structure

• Hooking into basic Wordpress functions

• Page templates / template functions

• Custom fields

• Custom PHP functions.

• Wordpress Hooks

The talk is an introduction to creating custom (or heavily customized) WordPress themes.
