About us

Hi there! I decided to start an Enneagram 4 group because I’m always looking for people that are similar to me. At least, in the 4 sense of feeling deeply and wanting to connect heart to heart.

I’m looking to find community and help others find community together so we can feel at home with each other. I will have different writing prompts planned, and lots of time for sharing and deep listening.

As a Spiritual Care Practitioner, my job is to listen deeply. I plan to help facilitate a group where we all learn to listen deeply.

Deep listening is not: giving advice, making it about you, judging, or making something less important than it is. Deep listening is: thanking someone for sharing, noticing a word or phrase they spoke, offering an open-ended question, or reflecting back what you might have heard.
