Twin Cities Enneagram 4 Meet-up

Hi there! I’ve been looking for people that are similar to me lately because I’ve been around people that are not like me most of my life. Mostly, that hasn't felt great. At least on a deeper level.

I read recently that science is now saying we should be around people that are more like us, so that is what I’m going to try to do.

I happen to love Enneagram 4’s and connect with them. As I am a 4 through and through! I’m looking to connect deeply with others, and talk about matters of the heart. Which I know Enneagram 4’s love to do.

I’ll have some reflective writing prompts, and lots of time for sharing and deep listening.

Come share what it’s like for you to navigate through the world as a 4 and a sensitive person. For me, it’s been difficult. I never feel like I quite fit in so why keep trying to fit in and create a group where I feel cozy, accepted and seen. I hope you’ll feel that way too!

Lastly, I will be putting time and effort into facilitating deep listening and planning for each month. As a Spiritual Care Practitioner, that is what I do for a living, listen deeply to others. I would love to introduce this skill in the group.
