About us

Twin Hearts Meditation is a guided practice developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui that blesses the earth with loving-kindness while activating the crown and heart chakras. It’s simple to follow, no experience needed, and known for leaving people feeling positive, at peace, and supporting the body’s natural self-healing process.

I’m a certified GMCKS Pranic Healer, and I’m starting this group to share the practice with more people, completely free. We’ll meet outdoors in parks around Boston or Cambridge. Outdoor sessions run rain-free days only mostly during summer — we’ll cancel rather than meet in bad weather or change the location indoors based on public spaces availability.

What to expect:
• No experience needed, first-timers are very welcome
• Outdoors at the park during summer
• Outdoors setup: Bring a mat, towel, or something comfortable to sit or stand on
• Indoors during rainy and cold seasons
• About 60 minutes: grounding exercises, guided Twin Hearts meditation, exercises after and integration time after
• Completely free: offered as a gift to community, not a business, no donations.

Who it’s for: Open to all adults curious about meditation, energy work, or an outdoor practice that leaves you calmer and more connected — to yourself, others, and the earth.
