Can AI have agency? Is it only agency?

We are hosting a series of discussions focused on the philosophy of AI. Our motivating questions are whether today's LLMs have knowledge, whether they are conscious, whether they have agency, and finally whether they can be moral.

We continue with the question of agency for which we will read and discuss one paper.
