Topic: The DOSA Object Storage System
We were inspired by Facebook's TAO to build a storage system to handle Uber's scale and complexity. The system we've built is called DOSA, and we'd love to tell you all about it. We'll explain the motivations and design tradeoffs, including allowing our engineers to safely develop their services against live production data.
Speaker: Matt Ranney
Matt Ranney is a Sr. Staff Engineer at Uber where he works on distributed systems and architecture.
