PRODUCT GROUP SESSION: What's new in Azure Cognitive Search?

We're delighted to be able to welcome Liam Cavanagh back to the UK Azure User Group! Liam first spoke for us in 2016, which old timers in the group will remember being in the Bell on Middlesex Street. Good times!

Liam is the PPM for Azure Cognitive Search, and he's going to give us a run through of everything that's new, including some recent announcements around the new Bing Powered Semantic Search capabilities added in March.

Liam Cavanagh is a Principal Program Manager in the Azure Data organization at Microsoft where he builds Azure Cognitive Search, a fully managed full-text search service allowing organizations to add great search experiences to web and mobile applications. Additionally, he works with enterprise corporations implementing enterprise cloud and mobile solutions and conducts training seminars worldwide. Liam holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Business and Information Systems from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
