Community lightning talks

It's that spring fever, flowers are out, Sun up (sometimes) and community is back out. As we've ambled along the past year with a few talks on Fabric and AI we're going to vary back to all Azure. We'll be putting calls out on sessionize for more speakers this year. For now we're going to start the Spring with a lightning talks. Format is simple. Three talks each 20 mins, demo heavy and 10 mins of Q&A. Then we'll gorge ourselves on Detroit (well not a bad copy) pizza.
