WELCOME TO THE WEEKLY SELF-PARENTING WORKING GROUP WITH BETH, MEETING EVERY MONDAY NIGHT AT 7 PM EST

This group is for individuals dedicated to using tools and practices of self-parenting, including IFS parts work, self-compassion, mindfulness, and emotional regulation techniques, to nurture inner healing and personal growth.

Join us to explore self-parenting triumphs and challenges, share insights and breakthroughs, practice healing tools like IFS and mindfulness, and discuss concepts from self-compassion and inner child work that support recovery and growth.

YOUR ORGANIZER: Beth is a committed gentle parent to three little humans, which led her to embrace self-parenting as a necessary tool to recover from her narcissistically abusive childhood - which included being portrayed as a burden, criticized endlessly, denied affection and acceptance, and generally being neglected. She has learned, through her kids, that being treated with kindness, compassion, understanding, and respect leads to self-acceptance and ease - which have been missing from her life and which she is now working to provide for herself.

YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED A FIRST TIMERS MEETING TO BE ADMITTED TO THIS GROUP!
