Fall is a good time to try something you've been thinking about. Eight Sunday afternoons and you'll know how to dance Argentine tango - and you'll have met people you wouldn't have met anywhere else.
People come to this course for different reasons. Some want to learn to dance. Some are looking for a new social circle.

Some are curious about tango - the music, the culture, the way two people can have a full conversation without saying a single word. Some just wanted something worth doing this fall.

Whatever brings you, you don't need a partner and you don't need experience. Just show up.
What you'll learn: the tango walk, the embrace, the 8-count basic to the cross, how to connect and communicate non-verbally with a partner, how to read body language and respond to it, and the foundations of improvisation, navigation, and musicality.

Also included: every registered student gets access to the Tuesday Practica (8:30–11pm) at no extra cost. More floor time, more practice, more people.

  • Singles and couples both welcome

  • No partner necessary

  • No prior dance experience required

  • Open to anyone 21 and older
