About us
This group is dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces for women to express their emotions, reconnect with themselves, and grow — personally, professionally and spiritually.
We gather to move, reflect, connect and expand. Most of our events are dance workshops, but they are not limited to it. Our events can be:
• Guided dance sessions
• Feminine expression workshops
• Reflection and sharing circles
• Confidence and embodiment practices
• Community gatherings
Some events will be free, others ticketed. Each event description will clearly explain the format.
Why Dance?
Dance is our primary tool because movement allows us to access emotions and insights that words sometimes cannot reach.
Our facilitator brings 12+ years of experience as a dance teacher, alongside yoga teacher training, professional life coaching certification, and ongoing studies in somatic healing.
This means our sessions are guided with awareness of:
• Nervous system regulation
• Emotional and physical safety
• Body awareness
• Confidence-building through movement
• Self-improvement tools
“What style of dance am I going to learn?”
The style is intentionally flexible. We choose the approach based on the needs of the group. No previous dance experience is required as there will be variations of the same movements for different levels.
This group is for you if:
• You want a safe space to express yourself
• You’re looking for a meaningful female connection in Dublin
• You want to build confidence and emotional awareness
• You’re open to growth through embodied practices
• If you like dancing or moving your body
This is a welcoming, non-judgmental community. Come as you are.
We’re building something intentional and supportive, and you’re warmly invited to be part of it.

Building Confidence: Dance Workshop for Women
The Liffey Trust Studios, Cnr North Wall Avenue & Sheriff St. Upper, Dublin, IEJoin us on Saturday mornings for a self-awareness experience through dance, designed to help you feel free, confident, sensual, light, and fully alive. 💃🏽✨
This is a recurrent class happening in a lovely dance studio, filled with incredible females. We often stay for lunch together at a café of our choice, because community is part of the experience.
In the sessions, we usually explore:
• Grounded hip movement and natural body isolation
• Combinations focused on flow and expression
• Musicality and rhythm connection
• Confidence through dynamic footwork
• Your authentic, inner energy. This will arise naturally as you move without holding backThis class is open to all levels. Most students have no or little experience with dance. Choreographies are just a means of self-expression. Whether you already dance or you simply want to feel your body again, this space is for you.
Expect warmth, laughter, a little challenge and a lot of energy. Let’s move, sweat and awaken our vital force together ❤️🔥
