Welcome to a creative and fun group that also deepens connection with one another. We are an online and in-person group that hosts events and informal meetups on a range of events that include connection, spirituality, intimacy, somatic embodiment, play, creativity…the list goes on!
I am a deeply passionate and creative woman who holds a BA in psychology and MS in psychology, as well as various other certifications in holistic practices and energy work. I currently teach art throughout Erie county in various facilities, as well as offer lessons and classes. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Mind Body Medicine to add more to my healing and creative practice. I formed this group to not only connect with others, but to better understand the creative journey I have been on. I hope you will join me and also explore your own multifaceted journey!
