What we’re about

Self-Compassion is transformative and liberating, but often we don’t know where to start. This goal of this group is to help people begin to transform their relationship to themself and learn to apply mindfulness tools to their everyday life. In this groups we will practice meditation, discuss topics related to our internal dialogue, mental health, wellness and self-compassion. This group is designed to be a safe space that helps group members live authentic and rewarding lives while coping with depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions.   If you are interested in a group like this please email austin.seeley@kindheartcounseling.com
