Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you try, you’ll never be good enough? That others are more capable, smarter, or destined to succeed, while you always end up behind? Living with the constant fear of failure makes life heavy, full of comparison and self-doubt. It keeps us from trying new things, limits our ambitions, and robs us of the joy of small victories.

In this meeting, we will explore why many people carry an inner voice of defeat and how it is shaped by early experiences that led us to believe we weren’t capable. Using the model of Schema Therapy, we will learn to recognise this pattern, challenge the belief that we are destined to fail, and practice concrete strategies to prove to ourselves that we are stronger than we think. You’ll leave with practical tools to start breaking free from the chains of failure and stepping into your real potential.
