SisterSol Bio:
Hi, I’m Solange, the facilitator of the Inner Path Meditation Circle.
My work focuses on helping people develop a clearer relationship with their mind, body, and inner experience through guided meditation and mindfulness-based practices. I create small, structured sessions that are accessible, practical, and grounded—whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice.
These sessions are not about “emptying the mind” or achieving a perfect state. Instead, they’re about learning how to observe, understand, and work with your thoughts, emotions, and attention in a more intentional way.
My approach blends guided practice with reflection, offering a calm and supportive environment where you can slow down, build awareness, and reconnect with yourself.
All are welcome.
