About us
Hi! I'm SisterSol, creator of the Understanding SELF practice system and facilitator of the Inner Path Meditation Circle.
This group is for anyone interested in meditation, mindfulness, stress reduction, self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional well-being. Together, we explore practical ways of understanding ourselves more deeply through guided practice and everyday awareness. Whether you're new to meditation or have an established practice, you'll find a welcoming space to explore your inner experience with curiosity and intention.
My work helps people develop a clearer relationship with their mind, body, and inner experience through guided meditation, relational awareness, reflective practice, and everyday application.
Rather than striving to empty the mind or achieve a perfect state, we learn to observe our thoughts, emotions, and experiences with awareness and compassion. Over time, these practices support greater clarity, emotional well-being, resilience, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of well-being. This is what I call living meditationâbringing awareness into everyday life.
These gatherings are educational and experiential, supporting personal exploration while complementingânot replacingâtherapy and medical care. They are also valuable for professionals who work with people, as cultivating self-awareness can strengthen presence, resilience, and connection with others.
The Understanding SELF Practice Series explores self-awareness through four core modules:
Module 1: Guided MeditationâInner Path Meditation Circle
The foundation of inner awareness and attention.
Module 2: Relational Awareness
Exploring connection, communication, and awareness in relationships.
Module 3: Reflective Practice
Understanding thoughts, emotions, habits, and identity patterns.
Module 4: Integration
Applying awareness in everyday life through living meditation.
Each module focuses on a different aspect of practice and may be attended independently.
If you're looking to develop a meditation practice, cultivate mindfulness, deepen self-awareness, or continue your journey of personal growth, you're welcome here.
To learn more about the Understanding SELF practice system and future modules, visit the Meditation Group page on sistersol.com.
I look forward to practicing together and exploring what it means to live with greater awareness.

The Inner Path Meditation Circle is a small, in-person guided meditation experience designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through direct experienceâobserving your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations with curiosity and awareness.
This gathering is part of the Understanding SELF practice system, which explores self-awareness through meditation, reflection, and what I call living meditationâbringing awareness into everyday life, not just during meditation practice.
Emotional experiences are a natural part of inner awareness. Some participants feel deeply relaxed, while others may notice a heightened state of emotions, memories, or insights arise during meditation. All experiences are welcome. To create a safe and supportive environment, everything shared or witnessed during the gathering is held in confidence.
After the session, I encourage participants to practice gentle self-care and allow time for continued reflection and integration. You may notice thoughts, emotions, memories, or new insights arise throughout the rest of the day. Notice them with curiosity rather than trying to change or interpret them immediately. They are often invitations to deepen your understanding of yourself and your ongoing practice of living meditation.
Our intention is not to eliminate thoughts or emotions, but to become aware of whatever naturally arisesâthoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and insightsâand meet them with curiosity rather than judgment.
Please note: This gathering is not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health care. It is intended to complement those practices by cultivating greater awareness of your inner experience. #Health #Meditation #Support #Community #Education1 attendee
