The Inner Path Meditation Circle is a small, in-person guided meditation experience designed to help you slow down, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself through direct experience—observing your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations with curiosity and awareness.
This gathering is part of the Understanding SELF practice system, which explores self-awareness through meditation, reflection, and what I call living meditation—bringing awareness into everyday life, not just during meditation practice.
Emotional experiences are a natural part of inner awareness. Some participants feel deeply relaxed, while others may notice a heightened state of emotions, memories, or insights arise during meditation. All experiences are welcome. To create a safe and supportive environment, everything shared or witnessed during the gathering is held in confidence.
After the session, I encourage participants to practice gentle self-care and allow time for continued reflection and integration. You may notice thoughts, emotions, memories, or new insights arise throughout the rest of the day. Notice them with curiosity rather than trying to change or interpret them immediately. They are often invitations to deepen your understanding of yourself and your ongoing practice of living meditation.
Our intention is not to eliminate thoughts or emotions, but to become aware of whatever naturally arises—thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and insights—and meet them with curiosity rather than judgment.
Please note: This gathering is not therapy or a substitute for medical or mental health care. It is intended to complement those practices by cultivating greater awareness of your inner experience. #Health #Meditation #Support #Community #Education
