SisterSol Bio:
Hi, I’m Solange, the facilitator of the Understanding Self practice series, which includes the Inner Path Meditation Circle.
My work focuses on helping people develop a clearer relationship with their mind, body, and inner experience through guided meditation, relational awareness, and reflective practice.
I create small, structured events that explore different aspects of self-awareness, including meditation, relational experience, inner patterns, and integration into daily life. Each event is practical, accessible, and grounded—whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your understanding of yourself.
These events are not about emptying the mind or achieving a perfect state. Instead, they are about learning how to observe, understand, and work with thoughts, emotions, attention, and behavior in real time.
My approach blends guided practice with reflection, offering a calm and supportive environment where awareness can be explored both individually and through experience with others.
This event is part of a rotating Understanding Self Practice Series, which explores self-awareness through four core experiences:
- Meditation (inner awareness and attention)
- Relational practice (awareness in connection with others)
- Inner systems (thoughts, emotions, identity patterns)
- Integration (applying awareness in daily life)
Each event focuses on one aspect, and can be attended independently.
Grounded in presence and awareness, SisterSol offers educational and supportive guidance designed to complement—rather than replace—therapy. Clients who are also working with psychotherapists, physical therapists, or medical professionals often find that this increased self-awareness helps them integrate their practitioners’ recommendations more easily and see progress more quickly.
Practitioners who work with the body or mind also find this work supportive, since working with individuals can be demanding.
All are welcome.
