The Unfiltered Hour is a dedicated weekly space for women aged 30–45 who are looking for real connection and a safe space to talk.

Whether you’re navigating a shift in your life, feeling like you’ve outgrown old dynamics, or simply craving deeper, more honest conversations with people who truly get it, this is your safe space.

House Rules:

• Set Your Own Pace: Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. There’s never any pressure to open up before you're ready.
• Lead with Compassion: Practise kindness. We never know the full story or weight someone else might be carrying.
• Vault Privacy: What’s shared here stays here. We honour everyone's privacy so this remains a trusted, safe space.
