The Saturday morning meditation group welcomes all to join us on Zoom for meditation and conversation. Meditation time begins promptly at 9:10 and lasts for 40 minutes, including several short readings. Next we share conversation, talking about what is important to us in the moment – perhaps our response to the readings or something that is going on in our lives. Small changes create big results! This in-person support group is designed for anyone looking to improve their quality of life through better sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress management. Whether you're looking to boost your energy, prevent disease, or manage a chronic condition, we’ll explore science-backed strategies and real-life best practices from peers to help you feel your best.Each session will focus on practical, easy-to-implement lifestyle changes that have been proven to enhance longevity and overall well-being—from improving gut health and reducing inflammation to learning how to get restorative sleep and build sustainable exercise habits. You’ll get expert insights and peer support in a welcoming community that makes the journey to wellness both achievable and enjoyable.
