No meditation experience necessary, just an open heart and mind, a desire to serve and to deepen your meditation experience.

Open ended – you may quietly leave whenever you feel ready to depart the session (Sessions last for up to 3 hours).

If attending for the first time, please arrive at least 15 minutes early for some instructions.

Meet monthly for crafting and connecting. We give the gift of warmth and creativity! Crochet, knit, sew, and more. Create baby hats, scarves, twiddle-muffs, and more for a variety of local charities. Open to all skill levels.

Every 2nd Thursday of the month.

Join our celebration of oneness. Simple dances based on sacred traditions from around the world. Newcomers welcome!
