Discover the ancient art of Tai Chi in our beginner-friendly class. Begin your journey to physical and spiritual health by learning a gentle form of Tai Chi that will provide body awareness, pain relief, stillness, and much more. Students will learn footwork, arm patterns, and basic tai chi forms. Body, mind and spirit come together while practicing the ancient art of Tai Chi, and it's often referred to as Meditation In Motion!

Led by veteran Tai Chi Instructor, Carolyn Bard, you will be guided with vitality, compassion, and skill that is optimized for health and well-being.

This is an in-person class (no Zoom), starting every Thursday on September 25, 2025 through October 30, 2025 for six consecutive sessions.
