BodyFlow-Sound Bath-Reiki

Release anxiety/stress and experience deep relaxation/renewal with a unique blend of Reiki and Sound Healing. We begin with BodyFlow--a gentle, acessible movement fusion to quiet the mind and prepare your body and spirit to fully recieve the benefits of energy and sound healing. THEN, we move into a Reiki-infused sound healing journey while the soothing vibrations of chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, the chao gong, and more wash over you.

For much of this event, you'll be lying on the floor. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, along with anything else that helps you feel cozy and supported. Pillows, blankets, eye masks, and fuzzy socks are all encouraged.
