For centuries people across many cultures, including Tibet and Buddhist traditions, have used sound to ease pain, calm the mind, and support healing.

All the Universe is made of vibration. That includes we humans who are not only made of vibration but lots of water too. That means our bodies are super receptive and affected by sound vibrations. But they must be “good vibrations” - well intended and designed to induce positive shifts in the body and mind.
Studies have shown that sound baths can:
· Lower blood pressure and heart rate
· Reduce stress and anxiety
· Shift the brain from the beta state (awake and thinking) to alpha or theta - (meditative or trance)
· Reduce tension and pain
· Improve mood and facilitate emotional release - letting go
· Enhance mental clarity
· Reduce fatigue as well as balance energy

Carrie Higgins has trained under pioneer sound healer Jonathan Goldman and has been a musician for over 40 years and played professionally for the better part of 30 years. Graham Haack has been a musician for around 20 years.
Together they immerse the listeners in a soothing “bath” of deeply resonant sacred sound vibration designed to promote relaxation, serenity and a meditative or transcendent state. They use crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, a tongue drum and many more.
