Everyone is welcome to participate in Qigong classes led by Christian Sun. No experience is required, just bring yourself, friends, and family. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring a water bottle and meet us in the upper park area. Classes change from week to week with different styles of Qigong designed to optimize your health and wellbeing.
