Spend your Friday night diving into embodied bliss with Alicia & Erwan, longtime SF Tantra teachers! Awakening the Bliss Body: Tantra, Yoga & Sensuality is designed for singles and couples looking to learn practices to explore and deepen their Tantric practice, beginners and advanced practitioners alike! You will experience what it’s like to be “dipped in love”, and walk around your life with a happy heart and peaceful mind, and a turned-on, blissed out body!
This workshop combines the practices of Yoga & Tantra to help you cultivate greater bodily awareness, to drop more deeply into intimacy and connection, and to live life full on as the incredible adventure life is!
Through a series of guided Yogic/Tantric exercises & practices, you'll learn how to:
- Contact the source of True Happiness and Bliss
- Learn how to bring that Bliss into your day to day life and your relationship(s)
- Cultivate deeper connections with others….feeling that blissful natural high of intimacy and depth!
- Explore your own desires and boundaries in a safe and supportive environment
This workshop is a safe space for individuals and couples to explore these sacred practices. There will be no explicit sexuality on the part of the participants or teachers. All exercises may be done with the partner you come with, a partner you meet in class, or independently- your choice! Alicia & Erwan will guide you through the experience, and you can expect to leave refreshed, rejuvenated, and turned on!
What to Know
Please arrive by 6:45pm (PARKING CAN BE DIFFICULT IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD-PLS LEAVE PLENTY OF TIME FOR TRAVEL AND PARKING SO YOU ARRIVE IN THE CENTER BY 6:45pm SO YOU CAN SETTLE IN AND RELAX BEFORE CLASS. DOORS WILL CLOSE SOON AFTER THE EVENT BEGINS)
Dress comfortably. There’ll be some light yoga, nothing strenuous which will lead us into being present in our bodies. From there you will engage in some tantra exercises that can be done individually, with the partner you came with, or with a partner you meet in the class. Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
Please note: This event is inclusive and open to people of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship preferences. Consent and boundaries are honored and respected throughout the event.
Erwan and Alicia are very entertaining, so expect to have fun. They’ll be available during & after the class for discussion or questions.
