​4:00 PM - Sign-In & Meet & Greet
​Check your phone and grab a name tag. Please be on time as it helps improve our container.

​30 minutes - One on one time with yourself (bring your own solo activity material)
​Journal, meditate, read, knit, make art, or simply be. Have some “me time” in community.

​15 minute break

​60 minutes - Community Through Curiosity or Play a Game (bring a game you enjoy if you have one)

​It’s time to connect! This time is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, open space via conversation or with games! Let’s co-create and vibe.

​20 Minutes
​Closing & Gratitude - Wrap up with a quick reflection and gratitude.
