Self-Love Walk & Talk

In 2025, our theme is Bloom Where You Are Planted: Thriving in Your Current Circumstance! This means finding happiness and growth in your current situation, even if it's difficult. It's about making the best of where you are right now.

The Topic for June is: Self-Love

Life gets busy, and often the first thing we forget to nurture is ourselves. This session is an invitation to pause, step away from the noise, and take a gentle walk dedicated to the practice of self-love.

Self-love is the practice of treating yourself with the same kindness, compassion, and respect you would offer to someone you deeply care about. It’s not about perfection or selfishness—it’s about honoring your needs, celebrating your strengths, and meeting your struggles with patience and care.

Together, we’ll create space to celebrate the ways we’ve been kind to ourselves, notice the inner critic when it shows up, and explore ways to strengthen your self-love.

As we walk and talk, we’ll explore:

• How do you practice self-love in your daily life?
• Where do you notice your inner critic, and how can you meet it with kindness?
• What practices or commitments can you carry forward to strengthen your self-love?

Here’s the plan for our walk & talk:

• Meet by the adult swings in Campbell Park (info on parking in Campbell)
• Walk & Talk along the Los Gatos Creek Trail (about 2 miles)
• Participate in Sharing Circles
• Take a group photo
