Designing Your Day for Joy Walk & Talk
Details
Our theme for 2026 is Choose Joy!
Choosing joy means living with intention. It’s the practice of noticing what makes you feel alive, nurturing your well-being, and responding to life with greater presence, kindness, and self-trust.
Choosing joy isn’t about avoiding life’s challenges. It’s about staying connected to yourself as you move through them—and discovering that joy can coexist with real life, exactly as it is.
Joy does not simply happen to us. We have to choose joy and keep choosing it every day. — Henri J.M. Nouwen
Our Topic for February is Designing Your Day for Joy
How often do we rush through our days without intentionally inviting joy in? Join us for a guided Walk & Talk that weaves movement with mindful reflection.
Together, we’ll explore how to begin the day with energy, create space for joy even in the midst of busy moments, and end the day feeling grounded and fulfilled. Come ready to walk, connect, and leave with a personal plan for a more vibrant, intentional daily life.
As we walk and talk, we’ll explore:
- What does a joyful morning look like for you?
- How can you prioritize joy in your daily schedule?
- What’s one way to end your day on a joyful note?
Come as you are. Leave more rooted, grounded, and inspired.
Even in the middle of real life, joy is still available. Unknown
Here’s the plan for our walk & talk:
- Meet by the adult swings in Campbell Park (info on parking in Campbell)
- Walk & Talk along the Los Gatos Creek Trail (about 2 miles)
- Participate in Sharing Circles
- Take a group photo
After the walk & talk, I'm walking to Orchard Valley Coffee in downtown Campbell - I'd love for you to join me!
