Welcome my fellow travellers! We are looking to provide you with options to travel to amazing places with me & my fellow like-minded guides. The trips would involve a mash-up of urban exploring and comfortable nature trails & hikes planned & designed by us to ensure that you have a great time & have a more holistic experience.
There is also a strong emphasis on sustainable travel and hence a strong preference to use trains & buses (where possible).

Relaxing moments near the mountains - the Alps, to be exact. Here is a land of green-velvet slopes and icy mists, ranging from the spa town of Aix Le Bain, the crystalline pure lake of Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps” Annecy with our grand finale at Mont Renard.

Saxon Switzerland is the mystical German wonderland you’ve never heard of before. The surreal and majestic landscape invites you to hike through wild canyons framed by sandstone stacks and fairytale forests.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS?- Ridge Trail: The steep slope is well secured with a railing. Stairs and ladders help us get up high. From up there we have the ultimate view of Saxon Switzerland.
- Schrammstein Viewpoint: The viewpoint offers a magnificent view over jagged rock formations, impressive table mountains and wide landscapes as far as the eye can see. On the other side of river Elbe, you see the fortress Königsstein, out of the forest rises the mighty Falkenstein. It is also a great spot for a picnic.
- Gate of Schrammstein: The 'Schrammsteintor' is one of the most stunning rock formations in the entire national park. The deeply cut passage between the rocks is completely covered with sand and looks like a piece of desert and is a unique photo opportunity.
- Schmilka: This traditional village is often described as the most beautiful village in Saxony.
- Bad Schandau: Hike, feel good, come back - that is the motto under which Bad Schandau welcomes its guests. Beautifully situated on the Elbe, Bad Schandau is the most centrally located holiday resort in Saxon Switzerland. The small town with its typical medieval centre invites you to take a leisurely stroll through its cafés, restaurants and shops. As the oldest spa town in Saxon Switzerland, it has a great tradition.

**WHY GO?**Visit the historic and beautiful Saxon town of Meissen during the annual wine festival. The day’s adventure will combine nature hiking through woodlands and vineyards, visiting remote palaces and terraces, before journeying into the Medieval town of Meissen, which sits on the Elbe.
The tour of Meissen will take you through the old town, visiting the old castle (Germany’s oldest), the Gothic cathedral (Meissen's Gothic cathedral is a sight to behold), replete with narrow alleys, cobbled roads, and views of the Elbe. Meissen used to be a historic royal town and was made famous for the manufacture of porcelain. The hike will finish at the wine festival, where you can sample and enjoy some of the region’s best and award-winning wines, foods, and entertainment.
