This group is for professionals from the Upstate (Greenville and surrounding areas) who are passionate about building strong client relationships, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional account management practices, as well as technology and innovation.
Whether you work in Client Success, Customer Support, or Account Management, the intent of this group is to be helpful to practitioners in this space by sharing best practices, networking with like-minded individuals, and learning from each other and industry experts.
