March DevOps Meetup: How we do DevOps with Base! - Now VIRTUAL!

Details
UPDATE:
With the advent of the COVID-19 virus and on taking advice from different parties we have decided that it would be better to be safer than sorry for our upcoming meeting.
So we are going virtual! After all that's a part of DevOps right? Being flexible and adjusting to circumstances that may or may not be in your control.
Few items of note:
- Jeremy Wight will still be talking about their success with Base and how they deploy. They are a virtual/remote company so this is a great way to hear him talk about their day-to-day processes.
- There will be no meeting at OpenWorks but there will be a Zoom link:

- No lunch either. So grab your favorite leftovers or food. Fire up your headphones and web cam (if you want) and join the virtual meeting!
Other than that, not much else is changing. We will continue to monitor the events as we plan out our future meetings.
Oh and please send this to others that might not have been able to make it in person! Would love to have 30+ people attending!
Stay safe and see you all (virtually!) on the 19th!

Hey everyone!
Set aside March 19 to come and hear how Base (https://basehq.com/) is using DevOps tooling to build and grow their technology stack!
Base is a Greenville-based technology startup that is changing how Executive Assistants work. Our speaker, Jeremy Wight (https://www.linkedin.com/in/jeremywight/), is their VP of Product & Engineering and he will be telling us how they utilize Kubernetes, GCP, and other awesome tools to build and deploy some of their stack.
This is exciting for all of us because they are here in Greenville and using some of the DevOps tools and processes we talk/read/discuss about in their daily work.
Lunch is provided and the meeting is free to attend. All we ask is that you register here so we can get a better count of how much food to have prepared.
Here is the agenda for the meeting:
11:45 - 12:00 - Lunch, networking
12:00 - 12:45 - How we do DevOps with Base!
12:45 - 1:00 - Q/A and dismissal
So bring your questions, your ideas, and be prepared to learn something new! Oh, and share this on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and more!
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please ping me on Meetup or start a discussion!
Also, if you have any ideas for future topics or would like to present then fill out this form and submit some feedback - https://forms.gle/VuQz5RPHbL3PYbMo9
