Friday July 4th - Walk in Travelers Rest

• Join the Upstate Pathfinders Meetup Group to see our planed events walks! Are you looking to improve your physical and mental well-being? Are you new to Greenville? Want to meet new people, make new friends, or simply looking for an easy, fun, social and healthy activity to get you, your children, your pet, and family members out of the house? Join us for our walks that you can do with the group, or on your own. It is not a race - but a fun, social activity - We hope to see you!

• Who We Are: We are organized as the Upstate Pathfinders Volkssport Club, a not-for-profit club providing 11 interesting walks in many different locations throughout Greenville, SC area. Walk with family and friends. We are a part of the America's Walking Club (aka American Volkssport Association).You don’t have to be an athlete to be a Volkssporter!
Route: Our walk will be on the SRT and in town.
Start Point: Start from the Lobby of the Hampton Inn at 593 Roe Center Ct, Travelers Rest, SC 29690. Restrooms are available at the start, at Sunrift Adventures at Center and Main, and Trailblazer Park. Pets are not permitted in Trailblazer Park.

• Registration: Register between 08:30 and 09:00. Walk with the group or on your own with turn by turn instructions. Groups start very shortly after 9am. The walk is free for noncredit participants and donations of about $3 are appreciated to offset insurance and Meetup fees. Cost is $4 for participants who record walk events. Minors are free. Please bring exact change .
• Safety: Walk occurs regardless of the weather. Please carry water.
• Parking: There is parking in the hotel lot.
• The walk is sanctioned by America's Walking Club and eligible for IVV Credit.
