There’s no place better in summer than Aspen/Snowmass. Bask in the sunshine, enjoy prime wildflower viewing, listen to awesome music, hike, bike, dine or just relax. There’s an abundance of options to enjoy in Aspen..

Mountain Biking - Bike Snowmass is a network of new and existing downhill mountain biking trails. With more than 50 miles of trails, and access via the Elk Camp Gondola, and Elk Camp Chairlift, the mountain is covered with trails that cater to all levels. It is the only lift served biking in the US that takes riders on a 4,000-foot single track decent beginning above tree line and ending in the high mountain desert.

Bluegrass Sundays at the Top of Aspen Mountain – Top bluegrass musicians from around Colorado perform form noon – 3 PM at the top of Aspen Mountain just outside the Sundeck. The concerts are free with the purchase of a gondola ticket.

Deaf Camp Picnic – 2 days of great music and delicious food at the base of Snowmass Mountain –walking distance from the condos. Proceeds of the event go to Aspen Camp, a non-profit focusing on improving the lives of the Deaf and hard of hearing. Friday night concerts are free of charge. Saturday concerts start at 1 PM and are a ticketed event - $24 in advance and feature the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band at 7 PM and a John Denver Tribute at 8:15.

Hiking –Short hikes, long hikes, the famous Maroon Bells, the options abound. Our condos back up to National Forest Land for those not
Wanting to drive. There is also an optional full-day Saturday hike from Aspen to Crested Butte with a van shuttle back to Aspen for $90. Contact Lynda for details
