Up Your Game is back to the Friends theme Central Perk Cafe on 27th June. This time we discuss the Art of Story Telling. Whether in professional presentations, sales or social conversations, learning how to masterfully show your message through effective and relevant stories is what gets people to connect with you with greater depth and purpose. We introduce to you two expert speakers this month. Speaker 1: Mr. Chariot Tan

MR. Chariot Tan Xi Liang is a regular speaker at Government Organizations and Companies on topics regarding Financial Advisory. His ability to translate complicated financial jargon into easy to understand layman language made him highly sought after in the industry.
Mr Chariot Tan has been selected by his alma mater Singapore Polytechnic and showcased as an outstanding graduate. He has also been interviewed in the mainstream media such as Lian He Zao Bao, AsiaOne, The New Paper and many more.
Mr Chariot Tan has also been nominated for the prestigious Junior Chamber International Singapore Top Outstanding Young Person of The Year 2013 for his consistent performance in the Industry. On an international level, worldwide winners include Mr. Jackie Chan, Mr. Elvis Presley, and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
Mr Chariot Tan spends his free time roller-skating along the beautiful Marina Bay area.
Speaker 2 : Sangeeta Nambiar
Sangeeta Nambiar is a Theatre and Film Director who uses both mediums to spread awareness and the social message of ending violence against women and girls. She has directed over 20 plays, 1 award winning feature film and 6 short films. As one of the Singapore co-ordinators for One Billion Rising, she worked on a play with students that brought awareness amongst the youth, about issues with regards to women. The play was invited to be staged at the Student Con at the Lee Kuan Yew School of public policy. She attended the Womens Economic Forum in May 2016 in Delhi and is now the All Ladies League Chairperson for Theatre for Change, Singapore chapter.
She has done 8 stagings of The Vagina Monologues and has spearheaded a theatre movement called FINALLY SHE SPOKE, helping women break their silence by telling their stories. The Unreasonable Feminist is a bifurcation of Finally She Spoke and Unreasonable feminists got together in April and early June to stage this humorous play that spoke of subjects that are usually taboo or not given adequate thought. Sangeeta hopes to bring more such conversations to the stage and break the cloying silence.
Speaker 3: ANJI HALLEWELL Anji is a professional transformational coach, facilitator, talent assessor and founder of Hidden Lava. With a short-lived career in law, Anji changed course as a postgraduate by becoming an English Foreign Language Teacher. It was then that she quickly realised her ability to assess people’s level of understanding and identify the weaknesses in their knowledge. Over the last 12+ years, Anji has worked with some of the biggest media brands in a variety of talent focused roles – identifying, assessing and improving their talent standards. Immersed in a world of measuring ability and personality profiling, Anji’s own talent of understanding behaviour and mindset emerged. Aside from her professional career Anji has chosen to continually invest towards her own personal development, such as Hermetic Philosophy, Enneagram type profiling and intuitive mastery, which have only heightened her ability more as a professional. Anji’s passion is empowering others to transcend and she does this with an international client base through her coaching and training services.
