Urban Hike: The Mission to Dogpatch

We will meet outside of the Victoria Theater at 5:45 and leave at 5:55 sharp. We will walk a few blocks in the Mission and then into Potrero Hill, and end in the Dogpatch. I am still working on the exact route. We will look for staircases, alleys and paths, and gardens. There will be hills and stairs. We will not end at start point.

The after gathering will be picnic style on the beach at Crane Cove Park, along with Southern waterfront. We will stop at a store for provisions. Bring a cup or prepare to purchase one.

Please note: Phone help is not available for latecomers. If you are late it is very hard to catch up with us. We walk at a medium pace. Escorts or sweeps are not provided, so slower walkers should be completely prepared to finish the hike on their own if they become separated from the group, and they may want to consider bringing a friend to walk with them. I reserve the right to make small changes to the route as needed.
