Urban Hike: Enchanted Fairytale Houses and a Chain of Lakes

Then we will head into Golden Gate Park to see some of the lakes on the western end of the park, including the Chain of Lakes.

We will meet at The Pots Hot Pot Restaurant at Judah near 31st Ave at 6 pm. At 6:10 sharp we will start walking. I am still working on the exact route. There may be hills and stairs if I can find any. Not sure yet.

If the weather is decent we will have the after gathering at the picnic area near the soccer fields in the park and we would stop at a store for provisions and you woulld need to bring a cup or plan to buy one. If it's too cold we will find a commercial establishment indoors.

Please note: Phone help is not available for latecomers. Escorts, (also known as sweeps) are not provided, so slower walkers should be completely prepared to finish the hike on their own if they become separated from the group, and they may want to consider bringing a friend to walk with them. I reserve the right to make small changes to the route as needed.
