Thursday Evening Urban Hike: Mission to China Basin

Let's do a Thursday evening late summer urban hike from the Misson into Potrero Hill and then down into the Mission Bay/China Basin area. I am still working on the exact route but there will be some hills and stairs, some historical points of interest, gardens etc and we will explore the waterfront parks in the area.

We will meet at 5:45 but leave at 5:55 (grace period).

If the weather permits we will have our after gathering outside in the Mission Bay/ China Basin area with hopefully a beachy waterfront feel.
We will stop at a store for provisions. Bring a cup or prepare to purchase one. Hope to see you there!

Please note: Phone help is not available for latecomers. If you are late it is very hard to catch up with us. We walk at a medium pace. Escorts or sweeps are not provided, so slower walkers should be completely prepared to finish the hike on their own if they become separated from the group, and they may want to consider bringing a friend to walk with them. I reserve the right to make small changes to the route as needed.
