Wake up early and run fast!

This interval training session will challenge you to push your usual pace, but with the support of a friendly group, and the positive energy of the Saturday morning National Stadium crowd.

Meet us at National Stadium: Gate 6 for warm-up and briefing before we head out onto the track to complete this week's workout.

Take on the hill!

Lorong Sesuai is a 37m, 11.1% gradient hill near Bukit Batok.

Join us to run up and down this hill until we drop. Then join us for kopi and breakfast somewhere nearby afterwards.

MEET: Directly at the car park at the top of Lorong Sesuai at 7:30, or at Beauty World MRT at 7:10 for a slow jog to the hill.
