Check the map pin. We’ll meet in the parking area just south of the equestrian center. Use the entrance at Jensen St. & Helena Ave. Look for a brown Honda Element and a group of people gathering nearby.

No guests, children/minors, canines, or event crashers, please!
All attendees must be members of Urban Trails. Signing up only takes a couple of minutes, and it's FREE.

Lone Mountain Early Morning Hike

Start your day above it all.

This hike up Lone Mountain is the perfect mix of quick challenge and big reward. At about 2.5–3 miles round trip with roughly 600–700 ft of elevation gain, it’s a short but solid climb that’ll get your heart going without taking up your whole morning.

As you make your way up the rocky trail, the city slowly wakes beneath you. Quiet streets, soft sunlight, and that fresh desert air hitting different in the early morning.

Step by step, the views open up. Las Vegas stretching out in every direction, with mountains framing the horizon like a postcard.

At the top, it’s all worth it. Snap some photos, and take a moment, you’re literally standing above the city.

Whether you’re here for the workout, the views, or just a peaceful reset before the day starts, Lone Mountain delivers every time.

Quick Info:
