✨🥾Urban Trails: Cathedral Rock Hike 🥾✨
Details
Let’s ditch the city and go chase some fresh mountain air 🌲✨
This hike is the perfect escape from the concrete jungle of Las Vegas. Up in Mt. Charleston, it’s cooler, the breeze is refreshing, and the whole vibe just resets you. Honestly, this is one of my all-time favorite hikes—and once you see it, you’ll get why.
Heads up: this is a STRENUOUS hike!
We’re covering about 3.6 miles with a mix of inclines and declines, so expect a bit of a challenge—but nothing you can’t handle. There are plenty of spots to catch your breath (even benches along the way), and we stick together—no one gets left behind.
The trail has a lot of loose rocks, so solid footwear is a must. Bring 2–3 liters of water and a snack to keep your energy up.
And trust me… the view at the end? Absolutely worth every step 🔥
Carpool info:
If you want to roll together, meet us at the Centennial Hills Hospital parking lot (facing Durango). Otherwise, we’ll see you at the trailhead!
Time to gather is 7:00am to 7:30am.
Parking:
Parking can be tricky because the actual parking lot is pretty small. If you can’t secure a spot in the parking lot. Most end up parking on the side of the road. Just make sure you are inside the white lines. You will see many cars doing so.
Got questions? Shoot me a message—let’s get out there and make it a great one 🙌
